Campas Meats is an American butcher shop in Salo, Finland — where New York craftsmanship meets Finnish quality. Founded by Roberto Campas, a classically trained butcher from New York, and his wife Eveliina, Campas Meats brings the true art of American butchery to Finland: bold taste, precise cuts, and deep respect for the meat we prepare.
At Campas Meats, everything we cut is done the American way — by hand, with precision, and with an eye for character. Our approach focuses on generous, full-bodied cuts that highlight the meat’s natural quality and tenderness. While Finnish butchery has its own great heritage, our work reflects the American tradition we were trained in — one that highlights flavor, texture, and true craftsmanship.
We proudly source from local farms that share our commitment to animal welfare and sustainable practices, including Vallan Maukas and Kiimalan Tila. Every cut — from handcrafted sausages to premium heritage-breed beef (rotukarja) steaks and specialty butcher’s selections — reflects our promise of quality, integrity, and authentic taste.

Online orders and delivery
🚚 Nationwide Delivery — Flat Rate (COMING SOON!)
We deliver across Finland in temperature-safe insulated packaging.
All nationwide deliveries have a flat delivery fee, which includes the cooling materials and insulation.
Your order will be packed in one of our two EPS shipping boxes, depending on the total weight and size of your order:
Small insulated box (5.6 L): fits approximately 2.5–3.5 kg of meat
Large insulated box (25 L): fits approximately 10–12 kg of meat
We’ll always choose the box size that best suits your order to keep products cold and secure during transport.
Orders are shipped via Matkahuolto or a similar courier, and you’ll receive a tracking code once your package is on the way.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days from dispatch.

Please collect your parcel immediately after receiving the delivery notification and refrigerate or freeze your order right away.
Campas Meats cannot take responsibility for spoiled items if a package is left uncollected or unrefrigerated after delivery.

Prefer to skip delivery? You can preorder online and pick up for free at any market where Campas Meats is selling that week.
This is the best way to guarantee your favorite products — especially our small-batch sausages and premium cuts that often sell out early at the market.

Choose your preferred market from our weekly schedule.
Bring your order confirmation — we’ll have your package ready and freshly packed.
